Welcome to integrative and holistic health and wellness coaching with MAR. My name is Marta Kirit, I am a certified integrative health practitioner, as well as holistic fitness and wellness coach who specializes in helping people find their wellness, gaining & regaining, or optimizing their health, losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way, as well as aging less, and looking and feeling one’s best.
My goal is to serve people by empowering them with knowledge, direction and supporting them in their health and wellness journey.  I want to invite you to read more about what has led me to start helping people find their wellness here, but most importantly I look forward to listening to you.  Should you decide to work with me, you will be encouraged to tell me your goals, but also your story including your struggles with diet, exercise, sleepless nights, and chronic conditions if any. Understanding this will be very for me in order to establish your sustainable and individualized wellness plan.
In my health and wellness practice, I do not just prepare diet and exercise plans or suggest supplements.  Even though healthy sustainable nutrition, exercise and right supplementation are very important and often the bases of my bio-individualized programs, they are only a part of it.  When designing a wellness plan for someone, I look at a person as a whole, and try to discover things about them that might at first seem inconsequential, but ones that truly matter, and might be the root of the problem and a barrier to reaching someone’s goal and wellness potential. 
 
Depending on who my client is, and where they are in their health and wellness journey, I am often interested in more than just someone’s health history or their struggles with weight loss. If someone needs a total transformation, rather than only optimizing what they are already doing right, I will often need to look deeper and as deep as they are comfortable with. I will want to learn about someone’s habits, lifestyle, mindset as well as often their current or even past traumas.  I will also look for deficiencies and imbalances in their body, based on functional lab testing (should they decide to run those), or if not, based on whatever information I will be able to gather from them. The more we know, the better we will be able to zero down on the problem and choose a more precise path towards your success and your wellness. 
 
All of my programs are bio individualized. What might work for one person, might not work for you.  Everyone is different. We all come equipped with different genetic make-up, and we all have different stories that have led us to where we currently are and what has thrown our body out of balance, which might have already caused not only your weight issues, but also often depression, anxiety, insomnia, mental disorders, chronic conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, auto-immune conditions or accelerated aging.  The importance of looking at those as well as at your lifestyle is crucial to finding your wellness and healing, balancing, optimizing, or transforming your body.  Even if you are not yet sick, it is important to understand that chronic diseases do not happen overnight, and that it is much easier and less expensive to prevent them than to treat them and changing a trajectory of where you are headed.  What this process involves in my holistic and integrative practice is paying attention to not only my clients’ diet and exercise habits, but also their sleep patterns, stress, nervous and digestive systems, food sensitivities, and not only their physical toxic load, but also their toxic emotions, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that might be holding them back.  You might think it is normal to have join pain in your 50ies, or diabetes in your 60ies. You might think it is normal to be sleep deprived, overweighed, or depressed, but it is not.
 
I do not treat diseases, but I do help people lay a foundation for their healing to take place.  We are truly only as strong as our foundation. Understanding this will make a huge difference and set you up for a success or failure.  Your open mindset, patience, knowledge, and awareness I will help you gain, as well as with my direction, you will discover your body’s ability to achieve things you were once not permitted to believe were possible.  It might take some time, but I promise you that my mission is to help you find your wellness and become your healthiest and most possibly balanced version of yourself, so you can live happier and healthier longer while making memories and achieving your full potential. 
Even though it will take work, you will pick the speed or pace you will be comfortable with, and I will be your wellness GPS.  This journey with me will not be one full of deprivation, dieting, feeling unwell, or being hungry or angry, but it will be a journey through self-awareness, knowledge, and personal and not only muscle growth. You might need to become comfortable with the uncomfortable and break out of your old habits and shell, but it will be awesome, and you will be loving your new self-loving, self-confident, and physically, mentally and emotionally stronger you.

Our first meeting is on me, so we can get to know each other and so we can see if we are a compatible match.  I will listen to your story, your goals, and ask a lot of questions to discover your pain points.  If you decide to work with me, and if I decide I can help you, I will explain to you what might work best for your particular situation and will explain the game plan.   There is no guarantees in life, and there are none in coaching either. I would be lying to you if I said I am 100% sure I can help, but you will be able to see and feel things to believe, and if not, you will be able to leave before we achieve a vision of you I will help you create.
