This 3-month long program will get you started on your health, wellness as well as permanent weight loss journey. Its main focus is on replacing the unhealthy with healthy habits. This plan will teach you how to address your specific nutritional and exercise needs and look into other aspects of wellness, such as sleep or management of stress.  We will try to balance your lifestyle and your body via a fully individualized protocol determined by an initial consultation, lifestyle, nutrition and symptoms audit.

WELLNESS OPTIMIZATION PACKAGE  

This 3-month long program is for those who are looking to take their health and wellness to the next level, and address not only their outside, but also their inside. This program will look into ways to optimize your already healthy lifestyle with next level lifestyle interventions that will focus on longevity. Together we will modify your  nutrition, exercise, and other parts of your lifestyle. Additionally, this program will include supplementation recommendation. The supplements are not included in the price.

THE ROOT CAUSES INVESTIGATION
PACKAGE 

This is a one-on-one coaching program aimed at discovering the underlying root causes of your imbalances. Through functional medicine lab testing, we will get a thorough understanding of where your possible deficiencies and toxicities are. With this knowledge, we will address those with custom functional medicine protocols that will help you rebalance your body, remove toxicities and replace deficiencies over a period of 6 - 12 months. This package can, but doesn't have to be combined with the other two.
